When you call DFF you'll get one of our knowledgeable and experienced customer service staff members on the phone. We don't believe in phone menus. A live person answers our phone during typical business hours and we always return your call.

Many of our staff members have in excess of twenty years of service experience at DFF. Their experience ensures that your inquiries are responded to quickly and accurately and it allows us to adjust effectively to our customer's variable requirements.
